Carbon bathing ladder
Exit Carbon provides the ladder in a fixed version or with removable handles.
Any other carachteristics is up to the customer choice:
- the length (starting from o.a. 1700 mm to 2300 mm
- the width (40 cm, 50 cm, 65 cm).
- number of steps, up to 7 steps
- distance between steps - usually 300 mm
- the colours (even metallic paints)
- Yacht''s name
Light & Strong
Exit Carbon has manufactured the ladder according to the highest quality standards, using epoxy resin pre-impregnated carbon fibre fabrics cured at high pressure and temperature in an autoclave.
Pultruded carbon fibre tubes, aluminium alloy protected with 50 mm thick, hard anodisation, it''s treated against salt, humidity, and corrosion.
Easy ladder:
Giotto ladder is very easy to use and to stow.
The ladder is quick to install thanks to two stainless steel high speed assembly sockets.
In order to facilitate the stowage and moreover, to protect the yacht and the bathing ladder we provide a padded stow bag.
Design:
The ladder received the Special Mention on DAME Award Design 2014 during METS, in Amsterdam.
Special Focus has been given to the Design of the two big grips (70 cm tall) are easily reached both from your deck and while hanging on your ladder.
The smart carbon removable handles can be beautifully kept installed on board for a great eye-catching effect, and the long segment with steps can be quickly assembled thanks to the rotating joints.
Comfort:
Giotto''s O, 60 mm wide, profile of the steps follows the curve of the foot to new levels of comfort.
The ladder has a non-slip surface on the steps which reduces the possibility of slipping while climbing.
This surface consists of a special rough paint. You can choose a different colour and moreover to have the yacht name/logo on the steps.
No other ladder can provide such a comfortable ascending / descending, thus implying a great improvement for your own security and freedom.
The ladder represents a real breakthrough in a field of otherwise very similar products.
