Provision of custom made stainless steel service pedestals with full remote metering capability for Marasy Business Bay Development

Located along the Business Bay Canal on the extension to the Dubai Creek, the region’s first purpose-built yachting destination will become synonymous with the best of what Dubai has to offer as a global business and tourism hub ahead of the World Expo 2020.

Marasy Business Bay is divided into three themed main areas – The Marina, The Park and The Pier. Phase 1, comprising The Marina and The Park, was delivered in September 2017.

Plus Marine is delighted to be chosen to provide the custom-made service pedestals for this prestigious project. Mr. Farrokh Golchin, Managing Director of StratConn LLC, Plus Marine’s representative in the UAE said, ”We are a part of a great team of professionals assembled by Dubai Properties in order to deliver a world class marina project. Homeport in association with International Water Consultants was awarded with design, development and project management and Septech Emirates was awarded the contract to undertake the construction”.

Pedestals for phase 1 has already been delivered and commissioned.

Future phases are currently being planned and will extend the total number of berths to approximately 800.

Plus Marine is supplying custom built service pedestals, with a unique design, made from 316L stainless steel with an IP65 ingress rating, with 20-250 Amp range and our proven Smart Cloud remote metering system for a full system integration.
