Brokerage deal of the week: the 55m new build superyacht Quinta Essentia

What is on offer?

Currently in the final stages of completion at the Italian shipyard Admiral in Tuscany, the 55 metre all-aluminium hybrid superyacht Quinta Essentia is scheduled for delivery in May 2016. She has been developed by a very experienced yachtsman and features naval architecture from the renowned Vripack, whilst Michela Reverberi Studio undertook her sophisticated interior design. Her sleek modern exterior was styled by Dobroserdov Design from Monaco.

On board she accommodates up to 12 guests over six generous staterooms, including the expansive owner’s suite on the main deck, a VIP cabin complete with a 180 degree panoramic view on the upper deck, and four cabins on the lower deck. These cabins can also be converted into two larger cabins for longer charters or special guests.

Powered by twin MAN engines, she has a top speed of 16.5 knots, with an impressive range of over 6,500 nm at a speed of 9.5 knots.

Why do we think this is such a great deal?

Quinta Essentia is the first and only hybrid superyacht over 500 GT which makes her extremely efficient with low operational costs. Her generous volumes of 873 GT are decorated with great style using a wide range of sophisticated and unique materials, such as I Vassalletti wooden and marble floors, hand-painted silk wallpaper by Fromental and a selection of exclusive marbles and onyx.

She features famous scagliola and “Pietra Dura” (inlaid marbles and semi precious stones that form artistic images). This is a unique opportunity to purchase an exceptional new build construction with almost no waiting time.

She comes with a long list of attractive amenities on board, including a helipad, an aft swimming pool with waterfall, a gym on the sun deck, a full beam spa zone complete with sauna and steam room, and eight metre carbon fibre limo-tender as well as a Castoldi 18' rescue tender in the yacht colours. A technically advanced yacht with immaculate finish, Quinta Essentia boasts a price based on €43,000 per GT.

Quinta Essentia is currently located in Marina Di Carrara, Italy, where she will be launched at the end of this month, and is scheduled for delivery in May 2016.
