Visit at Yachts Miami Beach: the 44m Balaju

With the 2016 edition of Yachts Miami Beach kicking off on 11th February, this week, we take a look at the best brokerage deals regarding the superyachts on display in Miami, as judged by our very own editors. Here, we have taken a closer look at the 44.5 metre Balaju.

Built by the Italian shipyard Intermarine in 2002, the 44.5 metre Balaju features both naval architecture and exterior design by the in-house team at Intermarine, whilst her interior design comes from the renowned Zuretti Interior Design studio. She underwent a refit in 2007.

On board she accommodates up to ten guests over five cabins, consisting of a large full beam owner’s suite located on the main deck, two double cabins and two twin cabins. A crew of nine are also for accommodated for on board.

Her main saloon and dining area is both sophisticated and welcoming, in a fresh palette of creams and whites, complemented with elegant blue armchairs.

In regards to her performance, she is powered by twin CAT 3508B engines which provide her a top speed of 16 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots. She has a range of 3,800 nm.
