MCCONAGHY S49 CATAMARAN

The builder McConaghy and the designer Schionning Designs have been commissioned to define, design and build a 49-foot catamaran, whose aim is clearly performance.

The idea is to offer a catamaran with accommodation comparable to that of its competitors, but thanks to a particularly lightweight construction and carefully designed hulls, to obtain a much faster catamaran.

With its electric winches and all the control lines returned to the helm station, the S49 catamaran will be easy to handle, even singlehanded, and is therefore intended for a couple or a family cruising around the world, who like performance and excitement at the helm.
