Ocea ready for construction of 33m sport utility yacht

Following the reveal of their 44-metre Nemo concept earlier this year, French shipyard Ocea has announced yet another design in their Sport Utility Yacht line this week. Designed by Fulvio de Simoni Ocea is in search of an adventurous owner looking for a compact explorer-like yacht at a reasonable price.

The Oceanemo 33 will officially be presented to the industry during the upcoming Cannes Yachting Festival. The project is designed to be built entirely from aluminium, shortening construction time and increasing fuel efficiency at sea. Key features from the 44-metre project was identified and incorporated into the design.

Clients can look forward to class-leading toy and tender storage space without having to sacrifice valuable interior living space. A 7 metre guest tender and 4.5 metre crew tender are stowed inside the hull in a 56 square metre hangar with side-opening hatch.

The internal arrangement and outdoor deck space layout remains open to interpretation. An innovative diesel electric propulsion system is offered as an option.

The Oceanemo 33 project is priced below €13,000,000.
