Benetti launches third Delfino superyacht in Viareggio: Zehra

Italian yard Benetti has announced the launch of its third Delfino unit in just over six months: the 28.95-metre superyacht Zehra. Sporting a fibreglass hull and a carbon fibre superstructure, the superyacht features interior styling by Giorgio M. Cassetta, naval architecture by the shipyard and interior design by Salvagni Architetti.

With a beam of seven metres, this Benetti classic displacement yacht displays streamlined contours in her design. Extensive glazed surfaces creating an interesting interplay of light are integral components of her exterior styling by Italian designer Cassetta. Her interiors are characterised as both roomy and welcoming and are decorated with unusual combinations of colours and materials.

On board, she accommodates up to 10 guests across five luxurious staterooms. The owner’s apartment found on the main deck is customised with a big bathroom on the port side, which leaves room for a spacious walk-in wardrobe and a corner area fitted out with a fridge and cigar humidor.

Further astern is the galley area and a main lounge which divided into dining and living spaces. Notably too, her large wine cooler located in the main foyer can contain up to 178 bottles. Ideal for relaxing on board, the sun deck features various comfortable sofas, with a specially built BBQ located on the upper deck.

The additional four double staterooms for guests are found on the lower deck and comprise two doubles and two with sliding twin beds. The crew of five is accommodated for in the forward area.

The garage on Zehra can accommodate a low profile tender up to 4.40-metres long. Twin Man V8 units rated 1,000 hp each provide a range of 2,400 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 10 knots and a top speed of 14.5 knots.
