Suzuki at Seawork

Suzuki will once again be showcasing its commercial range of four stroke outboard motors at this year’s Seawork International.

Suzuki has announced that its new DF200AP model complete with its unique Keyless Start System will be on display during Seawork.

The new DF200AP has been eagerly anticipated by boat builders and commercial operators alike, as according to Suzuki it is the lightest, most compact and technology-packed 200hp four stroke outboard motor on the market.

It delivers impressive acceleration and low-end torque whilst boasting 12% more fuel efficiency than the existing 200hp V6 model, courtesy of Suzuki’s Lean Burn Fuel Control system.

It also has Suzuki’s electronic drive-by-wire system – Suzuki Precision Control. This particular feature is said to give smooth, precise control with crisp, immediate shifting particularly at low revs and when manoeuvring.

In addition Suzuki will also have the following existing models on display: DF2.5, DF6, DF9.9A, DF15A, DF20A, DF50A, DF60A, DF80A, DF90A, DF100A, DF115A, DF250 and DF300AP.

On the water, Suzuki will be powering boats from various well renowned commercial boat builders including; Ribcraft, Humber, Ribquest and Coulam boats (Wheelyboat Trust).

George Cheeseman, Sales & Marketing Manager for Suzuki GB’s ATV and Marine Divisions, said, “We are seeing more and more commercial operators turning to Suzuki power for their craft, which is testament to our products’ proven suitability for workboats. We are looking forward to Seawork as it is an important forum for us to network with our existing partners and customers as well as showcasing new products like the new DF200AP and our existing range of hard-working and fuel-efficient outboard motors to prospective new clients.”

Suzuki’s team of experts will be pleased to welcome you to the stand (Q11) on the quayside at Seawork to discuss your requirements over a coffee and keep you up to date with the latest product developments and offers.
