Lürssen delivers 135m superyacht Crescent

The 135-metre project Thunder departed Lürssen’s facility in Rendsburg yesterday and has made her way to Kristiansand in Norway, now cruising under the name Crescent. The new superyacht is the German builder’s seventh-largest vessel ever constructed both in terms of length and gross tonnage.

The project’s exterior is designed by Espen Oeino while Zuretti Interior Design is behind the internal design of the vessel’s guests areas which encompasses a total volume of 9,194 GT with a beam of 22 metres. Some of the stand-out features on board include a multi-level atrium with full-height windows and two helipads; the upper deck helipad finished with its own retractable helicopter hangar.

Not much is known about the secretive black-hulled superyacht, but according to her builder, Crescent is expected to cruise predominantly in Asian waters.
