WHISPERPOWER EXPANDS RANGE OF SOLAR PANELS

To meet increasing demand for sustainable energy solutions, WhisperPower is continuing the expansion of its range with the addition of new solar panels and change regulators.

The WhisperSolar 185 Wp All-Black solar panel can deliver an average of between 700 and 900Wh per day in typical northern Europe conditions from April to October. This is sufficient to maintain the level of the batteries of a boat, caravan or camper with a small refrigerator, lighting, water pump, radio and TV.

Generate energy even in low light

Produced in Europe and guaranteed for 20 years, the WhisperSolar 185 Wp made from monocrystalline solar cells with a high light sensitivity meaning they also generate energy even in low light. The panel sits in an anodised aluminum frame with holes for drainage and can be mounted securely so as to be stormproof. Several panels can be run in parallel or in series for connection to a 12, 24 or 48V battery.

WhisperPower recommends installing the WP Suntrack Pro 80 MPPT (maximum power point tracking) charge regulator between the panel and the battery to optimise the output of the panel.

As well as the rigid panel, WhisperPower has also added the WhisperSolar Flex 100 TC and the WhisperSolar Flex 108 FC to the range of sustainable energy products. Manufactured in Europe, the panels have a capacity of 104 and 108Wp respectively and are waterproof, resistant to salt water, and can be walked on.
