Milford Dock developer appointed

Cushman & Wakefield has been selected by the Port of Milford Haven as development consultant for its Milford Dock Master Plan

The £70m regeneration scheme, which will be developed in phases, includes 480,0002ft of space available for food, retail, leisure, entertainment and residential.

Jeff Teague, estates director, Port of Milford Haven, said: “The decision to appoint Cushman & Wakefield was based on its vast experience and expertise in mixed-use developments. We were looking for a long term partner who could prepare development packages to suit the varied profile of the Master Plan – from new buildings for the fishing industry through to new retail and leisure offerings.”

Outline Planning Permission for the Milford Dock development was approved in February 2015 by Pembrokeshire County Council.

The project team for the development is being led by Port of Milford Haven Estates Director, Jeff Teague, assisted by Turley as lead consultant and a small group of sub-consultants.
