The MYBA Charter Show 2015

The 27th edition of the MYBA Charter Show will begin in just a few days time. Hosted in Genoa, the Show focuses on charter professionals and superyachts, as well as featuring a lively social programme with an emphasis on networking opportunities.

A wide range of yachts will be on show, with the smallest yacht in attendance being the 23.99 metre sailing yacht Si Vis Pacem which was built by Southern Wind in 2005 and represented by Edmiston & Company, whilst the largest yacht on show will be the 72 metre Axioma built by Dunya Yachts and represented by Yachting Partners International. Other yachts on show will include the 70 metre Amadeus, the 60 metre Perseus 3, the 43.63 metre Silver Wind, and the 37.30 metre Aurelia.

The MYBA Superyacht Chef’s Competition will also be back again this year, with the theme ‘Cannes Film Festival Red Carpet Dinner Party with your Most Decadent Chocolate Dessert.’ The rules state that the participating chefs must serve enough food for six people, and must be served at the allotted time or they will be automatically eliminated. An additional competition for the crew will also be hosted side by side with the Chef’s Competition.

Amongst the social events planned include the Marina Molo Vecchio Night on the 27th April, the Show Cocktail on the 28th April hosted at the Genova Aquarium, a guided cultural tour and, to conclude, a crew party at the Rosso Pomodoro restaurant.

The MYBA Charter Show will be held from the 27th to 30th April.
