The latest Ferretti model will make its official debut at Cannes

The Navetta 28 is one of the latest to join the fleet of the Italian shipyard Ferretti. Drawing from the innovation of the line’s flagship, the Navetta 33 Crescendo, the newest yacht will also add its share of brand new technology and features including an entirely redesigned aft outer area, unbeforeseen glazed surfaces in the hull and a top-of-the-line infotainment system.

The Navetta 28 has a distinct exterior profile. It boasts a panoramic dining area, sliding doors that can open the upper deck for flexible use and a sunbathing area that can be fitted with a Jacuzzi on request. Continuous windows allow for an abundance of natural light and the guest cabins are fitted with “invisible” portholes that are glued onto the glass itself.

The stern area is fitted with a brand-new Dual Mode Transom (DMT), a Ferretti Group patent that combines in a floodable garage, a diving platform and a spacious Beach Club in one system.

Each of the four guest cabins comes with an en-suite head, and the “VOTIS” (Videoworks One Touch Infotainment System) audio/video system can be entirely controlled via iPad.

The yacht is powered with twin MAN V8 engines at 1,200 mhp allow for a top speed of 16 knots and cruising speed of 13.5.It comes standard with underway electro-hydraulic fins for navigation and gyro stabilisers. Ferretti specifies that it is possible to install “zero-speed” fins for further comfort while the yacht is moored at anchor.
