Five fishermen rescued in Northern Canadian sea

A few weeks ago, a fishing vessel and its five fishermen got caught in the icy waters of Notre Dame Bay, off the coast of Newfoundland, Canada. The fishermen were forced to abandon their boat, the DLL Venture, which was quickly taking on water. The small crew was able to reach and climb onto an ice floe, where they safely waited for the 103rd Rescue Squadron of the Joint Rescue Co-Ordination Centre in Halifax to come and transport them to safe ground. Here are the photos and a video to immortalize that moment!
