GRAND PAVOIS: THE NEW BARRACUDA 8 BY BENETEAU IS THE FISHERMAN’S FRIEND

Beneteau will present its brand new model of the Barracuda line, the Barracuda 8, at the Grand Pavois in La Rochelle from the 16th to 21st of September. The sport fishing boat is the first model with the Air Step® 2 technology hull, developed to enhance performance, safety and comfort. The hull with included air streams allows for quicker and smoother acceleration while reducing fuel consumption at the same time – a pleasure for the purse of any leisure fisherman. The shape improves seaworthiness and facilitates passing through waves. Turning the Barracuda 8 is also optimized.

The interior is cozy and classic, inspired by Scandinavian style. Teak is an option for the deck covering. Beneteau’s deck and pilot house concept convinces with its space and functionality, including details like the mobile multifunctional bench seat and the wide walkaround from stern to bow. Essential fishing equipment like a worktable as well as rod and cupholders have a fixed place at the stern of the eight-meter boat.

Now fishermen just need to decide if their new toy should have a single or twin engine (300 hp) with a tank capacity of up to 400 liters that enables extensive fishing trips. And for those who desire swimming excursions as well, an optional platform can be installed.

Together with the Barracuda 7 and 9 and a great variety of other models, the new Barracuda 8 will be presented ashore in La Rochelle.
