CHRIS-CRAFT CAPRI 25

US builder Chris-Craft has a way with capturing the essence of a bygone era, and it does so masterfully with its new Capri 25.

Just under eight metres, the launch is an ideal size for running up the coastline and has plentiful sunpads and a fold-out teak table for taking a break to catch some rays and enjoy an al fresco cocktail. The teak decks, leather interiors and shiny hull sides lend some serious 1930s glamour. Powered by a 350hp Volvo Penta V8 sterndrive, she can get up and go as well. While the Capri 25 officially debuted at Cannes, she is one of the best new tenders to see at the Fort Lauderdale boat show.
