The launch party was held on August the 8th at the Royal Cape Yacht Club, and we would like to thank everyone for all your support. Adam the new proud owner of Abigale will be sailing off to Mauritius at the end of the month with the first Scape 40' Adventurer factory version.

The new Scape 40' Adventurer

The hand crafted, seamless construction ensure the Scape 40’ Adventurer is extremely light (6.5 tons), very fast and has beautiful interior finishes. Speeds in access of 20 knots are easily achieved with the modern design, rig and sails. In light wind conditions, attach a screecher or an asymmetric spinnaker to your bow-sprit to boost performance to speeds equivalent to wind speed. The Scape 40' Adventurer is made for people who love to sail and explore remote and exotic places.

The yacht is designed for adventure sailing, and is the ideal platform for diving, fishing, snorkeling, kite boarding etc and can easily do a ocean crossing. Scape Yachts use only the highest quality equipment and allows the client to choose from an array of electronic and electrical equipment.
