NEW: ship crane by SMST Designers & Constructors BV

The cranes are equipped with deepwater winches for subsea installations and Active Heave Compensation to increase the vessel’s workability. The cranes have double-drive hydraulic power units installed in the pedestal to increase redundancy if a power failure occurs in one or two units. The capacity of the cranes is 15 tons at 21 meters outreach or 40 tons at 9 meters outreach. The hoist is also rated for manriding operations. The winch has a wire capacity of a maximum 3000 meters of steel wire.
