GREAT INTERNATIONAL DISTINCTION
Takis Samartzis ,designer and owner of Greek shipyard TROPIDA was awarded the IRON A’ DESIGN AWARD 2019 IN YACHT & MARINE VESSELS CATEGORY by INTERNATIONAL DESIGN ACADEMY.
This great prize is concerning the new COSMIC 39, a 12-meter super rib with many innovative elements and approaches not only on the hull but also on the deck, giving attention to study of aerodynamics, ergonomics and aesthetics.
Among thousands of designers from around the world, and having been faced super yachts , TROPIDA’s rib COSMIC 39 impressed the grand jury panel of the A' Design Award & Competition which consists of influential press members, established designers, leading academics and prominent entrepreneurs worldwide.
At this time the craft is in the process of construction, and the design of a new pioneering project has already begun to complete the company's range.
