YMV Crane and Winch Systems expanded Propulsion Divison by cooperation with Milper

YMV is proud to announce that: YMV, expanded Propulsion Systems Division by the cooperation with Milper Propeller Technologies Inc. on September 1, 2017.

YMV is currently a leader manufacturer in Marine Crane, Winch and Propulsion Systems including production of Bow, Stern, Tunnel Thrusters, while Milper's expertise lies in design and development of marine propeller and shaft pairs, including both Fixed and Controllable Pitch Propellers (FPPs and CPPs). The merger has come about in order to production of Propulsion Systems domestically with advanced technology under YMV production experience.

YMV’s and Milper’s strengths are highly complementary to each other.

Milper was providing advanced engineering packages, such as Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) tools, in addition to the company-owned proprietary applications.

YMV Milper will focus on production of propeller and shaft pairs that meet the highest international standards; such as ISO, Class Certifications, and Military Standards.

Production of Controllable Pitch Propellers domestically has been started in 2017 by YMV.

YMV always targets to add values to Maritime Industry of Turkey with Advanced Technology Crane, Winch and Propulsion System Solutions.
