Improvements on the head of the second stage of MCH6

More solidity fewer components

Improving doesn't always mean adding. Sometimes it is a process of simplification. The new second stage heads installed on our MCH6 have received exactly this treatment.

The idea was to produce a part that had fewer separate details with a clear goal: fewer components to achieve more solidity with no sacrifice in performance.

The new head is produced from a die-casting mould, integrating the intercooler stop bracket and valves. The work has allowed us to increase heat exchange by improving cooling and reducing harmful space. This benefits the overall performance of the compressor.
