Port of Barcelona renovates Spain’s most oriental lighthouse

Almarin carried out the design, supply and installation of three lantern rooms with its respective domes for Port of Barcelona. The first was to renovate the Cap de Creus lightroom together with two other for the lighthouses that mark the entrance to Barcelona’s port. Cap de Creus lighthouse marks an emblematic cape of the same name in Catalonia’s north eastern, in the most oriental area of Spain.

In May of 2015, Almarin was awarded the tender for the turnkey supply of these three lantern rooms for Port of Barcelona.
