The Marine Acoustic Solution defined as AYRLITE 2071 has now been introduced to the market. AYRLITE 2071 is a fibre-free, lightweight, rigid and of course fully certified panel from AYRES. It has outstanding sound absorbing performance, especially on the lower frequencies. AYRLITE 2071 has been primarily developed for high-performance marine vessel interior applications.

The panels have already been installed in Patrol Vessels, Navy Vessels, Workboats, Ferries and Luxury Yachts worldwide, either as decorative & absorbing finish in accommodation units, or as lining material within engine rooms. The panels are also used on oil & gas platforms mainly on the engine deck.

AYRLITE 2071 with its unique combination of lightweight, fibre-free rigid and low frequency absorption provides unlimited flexibility and an unbeatable ease of fabrication & installation. AYRLITE 2071 is also suitable to our vast range of AYRLITE Profiles & Assembly Accessories.

The standard thickness is 40mm with a standard dimension of 1200mm x 2400mm. However the panels can be produced in any thickness, from 6mm – 80mm and therefore can be ‘tuned’ to the desired absorption frequency. It has never been easier!

In general there are two different types of AYRLITE 2071

- AYRLITE 2071 | FLAT

- AYRLITE 2071 | CORR

Both versions have different absorbing levels and you will also find that the aesthetic element is very different. The Aluminium face to the back can vary, depending on your needs (e.g. 0.3mm/0.5mm/0.8mm/etc.) to enable everybody to work with the most lightweight and cost efficient panel possible.
