British Columbia-based ferry owner and operator BC Ferries has inked a five-year supply agreement with compatriot shipyard Point Hope Maritime for eight of the company’s smaller vessels.
The agreement includes scheduled dry-docking, maintenance, repair or refit requirements, as well as emergency dry-docking services.
The vessels that will be serviced at Point Hope Maritime are Kahloke, Klitsa, Kuper, Kwuna, Nicola, Nimpkish, Tachek and Quadra Queen II.
