I-Carbon continues to expand the range of products for the mooring system by offering an alternative to the cutting-edge pop-up cleat in carbon fibre and titanium: a more conventional cleat, made of CNC machined aluminium, with titanium stems.
The careful choice of materials, aluminium and titanium, gives the product excellent characteristics of strength, durability, corrosion resistance combined with an elegant, refined and functional design: absence of edges and bevels that allow easy locking of the mooring rope avoiding its crumbling. These cleats suit any type of deck (composite, GRP, aluminium, steel, wood) with or without a backing plate and can be installed both from outside and inside of the boat. Moreover, thanks to the O-rings seals, between the stems and the sleeves, they are watertight and don’t need any drainage.
