New Long Wave YUKON Solo: a modular fishing kayak designed for stability and easy transport
The stability and carrying capacity of a rigid fishing kayak, now in a practical modular design.
Long Wave introduces the new YUKON Solo, a modular fishing kayak designed for anglers who want a stable platform with generous carrying capacity without the usual difficulties of transporting and storing a large rigid kayak.
Its key advantage is its two-piece modular design. Fully assembled, the YUKON Solo measures 300 cm long and 88 cm wide, yet it can be quickly separated into two individual 150 cm modules, making transport and storage considerably easier.
This configuration addresses one of the main challenges associated with traditional fishing kayaks: handling and storing a three-metre-long craft. Each section can be handled separately, while the complete kayak has a total weight of 40 kg.
Compact when transported does not mean compromising on space once on the water. Its 88 cm width provides a wide and stable platform for fishing, while its maximum load capacity of up to 250 kg provides plenty of room for the angler and the equipment required for a day on the water.
The result is a fishing kayak that combines stability, carrying capacity and practicality in a single craft: assemble it, get on the water, enjoy your fishing session and, when the day is over, separate the kayak again for easier transport and storage.
The Long Wave YUKON Solo changes the way you transport a fishing kayak without compromising on what really matters once you are on the water.
