STURGEON BAY, WI (February 9th, 2017) – Marinas and boat yards from around the world are profiting from the increased efficiencies from Marine Travelift’s continuous investment in innovative solutions to optimize all of their boat handling needs. The newest innovations in the BFMII series are clear-cut examples, demonstrating a number of added features designed to drive value through optimizing operator throughput and maximizing machine up time.

Below are a few of the innovative features that provide the durability, versatility and performance that keep Marine Travelift as the world’s leading supplier of boat handling equipment.

Intelligent Remote Diagnostics

Marine Travelift’s intelligent remote diagnostics allow for convenient remote communication with the intelligent system through smartphones, tablets, and computers uponoperator access. This has made communication easier and more efficient than ever before, as it allows an offsite technician to view a machine while operating and troubleshoot the issue.

Intelligent Load Readout

The intelligent load readout system allows for multiple outputs including general engine performance, real time measurements of general machine operations, performance trouble shooting, complete systematic control, and electronic load readout information. The wireless remote control also includes a digital load readout display.

Industrial Tires

Heavy-duty industrial tires allow the customer to get the highest level of durability with reduced ground bearing pressure.

PPG Polysiloxane Paint System

Increased life and reduced corrosion are two benefits with this standard 2-step PPG process. A zinc-enriched epoxy primer has become the standard on all Marine Travelift units and a polysiloxane top coat provides superior performance for use in a wide variety of difficult marine environments. The top coat polysiloxane allows more protection from UV, is more chip resistant, more durable, and is the leading top coat used in the marine industry application today.

Cab Control Direct to Valve

While the above innovations have brought a new generation of technology to the BFMII series, the same design and manufacturing philosophy remains true. A perfect example of this is the cab control direct to valve. Separated from the innovative electrical readouts, these time tested mechanical controls give the customer complete control and function at all times.
