Boating season begins in April for Oceanside

The Oceanside Yacht Club will host a boat parade at the harbor and a ceremony beginning at noon

Boating classes will also be offered by San Luis Rey Sail.

North County residents may enroll in several advanced boating certifications over the next few months.
