New owner for the first Dominator Ilumen 28M Kalli-Ente

Following the news published two weeks ago regarding the progress of the very first Dominator Ilumen 28M currently under construction at the Dominator facilities in Fano, Italy, Bluewater has announced that she has found an owner. Now named Kalli-Ente, the 27.5 metre superyacht is due for delivery in 2017.

Sold by Jim Archer at Bluewater, her buyer is an experienced owner who was reportedly looking for a vessel under 30 metres with many features usually reserved to much larger vessels. Archer comments, “This was the perfect fit without compromises on any level.”

Speaking of the sales process, Archer continues: “The sales process was extremely smooth; the Dominator Yachts team is very professional and genuinely could not do more to help and advise the client on all options, with complete transparency and efficiency. In the initial stages, they were able to make major changes to the layout overnight, maximising the client’s time with them in person.”

Kalli-Ente is part of the new Ilumen series from the Austrian shipyard, comprised of 28, 32 and 36 metre models which have all been designed by AM Yacht Design in collaboration with the engineering team of Naval Head. Inside the 28M, Alberto Mancini of AM Yacht Design has used a variety of quality materials including backlit white onyx, ebony and zebrano wood.

She features the Dominator High Performance Hull (HPH), a hard-chine hull with a blade bulbous bow designed to produce superior resistance values in all the semi-displacement and semi-planing phases.

Archer concludes, “It was a real pleasure dealing with Dominator yachts. This is a project that will turn heads and redefines what is possible, with a build quality second to none.” Upon delivery in Spring next year, Kalli-Ente will cruise in the Western Mediterranean, namely the French Riviera, Corsica and Sardinia.
