From Turkey To The World: First Sunseeker 116 Yacht "SESAME" Delivered

Sunseeker Turkey are pleased to announce the delivery of their first yacht in the Sunseeker 116 series: SESAME.

Since the private yacht was ordered over 18 months ago, motor yacht SESAME has undergone extensive interior customisation, including the fitting of a bespoke handmade dining table. Read on to find out more: The following is a press release from Sunseeker Turkey.

Gary Cleaverly, director of Sunseeker Turkey is proud to announce the delivery of the first Sunseeker 116 Yacht, delivered to a Turkish client in the beautiful port of Bodrum. “‘SESAME’ will be used privately by the owner and his family. Having ordered the boat nearly 18 months ago the owners have spent a great deal of time customising the interior, including special bulkhead features and custom handmade dining table. The Sunseeker Yacht 116’s key features are now very easy to see as she sits at bay just outside Bodrum. The fore-deck beach club area is truly fantastic and has ample room for up to 15 people. The stunning lines of the Sunseeker 116 yacht are set off with the new window design in the master cabin and main lounge areas.”

On 18th July 2016 the Sunseeker 116 Yacht arrived in Marmaris ready to be launched next day. All operations concerning the boat were boat immaculately controlled by the Sunseeker Turkey team and a technician from Sunseeker International. The stunning Sunseeker 116 Yacht was then officially handed over to her new owners on the 21st July 2016.

The joint hard work from the teams at Sunseeker Turkey and Sunseeker International at Marmaris Marina meant the hand-over happened very smoothly and swiftly. Ozer Akarslan from Sunseeker Turkey said: “She was in perfect condition and handed over in three days which was unbelievable. The condition of the boat and such a quick hand-over made the owner very happy!”The owners wife was also delighted with the condition and design of the boat. Having chosen all of the fabrics and decided on many details about the interior she was ecstatic to see the finished bespoke detail of the beautiful Sunseeker 116 Yacht.

After being cleaned and fueled, ‘SESAME’ sailed to her new home; Palmarina in Bodrum, the most prestigious Marina in the South of Turkey.
