Meet The New 47m Sloop Design By Perini Navi

The latest sailing yacht design to come from Perini Navi is this new 47-metre fast cruising sloop designed by the Italian Yacht builder’s experienced team, led by Franco Romani.

A number of innovative features have been crammed into the new design. A new lifting centreboard concept will lower the fully extended draft from 9.5 metres to a mere 3.9 metres. An onboard power storage system that has already been implemented in the 70-metre Sybaris and 38-metre Dahlak is incorporated in the new design and delivers power to certain sail handling systems while underway.

A glass-wrapped flybridge leads down to a dual level aft deck that provides a safe cockpit when sailing, and an extended beach deck space while resting at anchor. A combined outdoor living spaces of 160 square metres sets this project apart from any Perini Navi yacht of equivalent length before her.

The yacht’s tender is stored inside the yacht’s foredeck – an area which can be covered by a large bimini to extend the exterior relaxation areas on offer.
