111m superyacht Project TIS launched by Lürssen

The 111 metre superyacht Project TIS has been launched from Lürssen's Rendsburg facility.

The six-deck superyacht, which is also known as Project Palo Alto, is now undergoing final outfitting ahead of sea trials.

Project TIS was styled inside and out by British studio Winch Design, and the superstructure features several curved sections that contrast with the straight lines created by the decks.

Her technical launch took place in October last year and her delivery is expected to take place later this year.

In a previously released statement, the yard said: “With a long and well balanced sheerline, she is a supremely elegant yacht, despite the considerable size.”

The beam measures 16.85 metres, allowing for voluminous interiors, while the extensive exterior relaxation spaces make Project TIS an ideal yacht for hosting large parties.

Key features on board include sweeping superyacht staircases at the transom, which set the tone for a sophisticated interior design.

The 111 metre superyacht project has been managed by Moran Yacht & Ship.

Other large superyacht projects currently under development at the German yard include Project Redwood, a 139 metre Nuvolari Lenard design, which is due for delivery in 2019.
