Construction begins on 67m Bilgin 220

Turkish shipyard Bilgin Yachts has announced that construction has begun on their latest project: Bilgin 220, due to be launched in 2021.

The new 67-metre superyacht features naval architecture by Unique Yacht Design, with exterior lines bearing a similarity to her sister ships and Bilgin trademark windows on the hull. Bilgin 220 also features a touch-and-go helipad.

Bilgin 220’s sleek lines have allowed for large living areas, which H2 Yacht Design have reflected their interior design. Bilgin 220 offers the owner and their guests alternative living areas across her six decks such as upper-deck lounge and sunbathing areas, a bridge deck saloon and a 16 person dining area. Guests can be accommodated in either the VIP or four guests staterooms in addition to the owner’s suite, located on the front part of the main deck.

"Bilgin 220 is a superyacht that has been designed to offer the owner a well-considered relationship between external and internal living areas in addition to a life spent between sea and land" states Ismail Şengün, CEO of Bilgin Yacht.

Powered by twin 1800 MTU engines, she can reach a cruising speed of 15-knots, and a top speed of 17-knots. Bilgin 220 is currently for sale.
