In-build Sanlorenzo 62 Steel project sold

The Sanlorenzo 62 Steel yacht currently under construction at the Sanlorenzo shipyard in La Spezia has been sold - thanks to central agents for the project Camper & Nicholsons. Her new owners are set to take delivery of the new 1,200GT vessel in 2021.

With an exterior design penned by Mauro Micheli, the 62-metre project was available in three interior layouts and two top deck arrangements: an enclosed top deck with wheelhouse and a private owner’s deck below, or a conventional design with an open sun deck and enclosable veranda under the mast.

The interior layout will be able to accommodate up to 12 guests in a five or six stateroom configuration. The new superyacht's large volume and 11.8-metre beam have allowed for an array of onboard amenities and guest areas, all of which can be accessed easily via the elevator. Guests can enjoy the Jacuzzi plunge pool on the sun deck, a main-deck swimming pool, beach club and spa, large tender garages, a cinema and state-of-the art entertainment system. The new Sanlorenzo 62 Steel also features a helipad on the bow.

Said to boast 'an advanced technical specification', the new yacht comes with an ocean-going range and the latest navionics. Her new owners also benefit from her full Lloyd’s classification and commercial registration. In addition, her twin MTU engines can achieve a max speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 15 knots.
