REVAMPED DINGHY COLLECTION FOR 2020

For 2020, Gill Marine has revamped its dinghy collection for adults and juniors.

The first products come from Gill’s Performance line that has been tested by both Team USA and Team GB in the SailGPcircuit.

From early 2020, Gill will launch its wider dinghy collection, including a Race range and multifunctional Active line.

Items in the Performance collection include the Zentherm skiff suit and Zentherm top, all available in men’s, women’s and junior and designed with thermal protection technology for water temperatures of 12-17C.

The skiff suit has a 3mm four-way stretch with glued and blind stitched construction, neoprene taped seams and a water-repellent lining for extra warmth.

Quick-dry

The top comes also has the same thermal protection technology with thermal quick dry water-repellent lining panels.

Gill’s Hydrophobe top and trousers are designed for warmer climates and have thermal and UV 50+ protection, four-way stretch and flat locked seams. The garment is designed to be worn next to skin and is made from a wicking fabric that is non-absorbent and actively repels water.

The Thermoshield top is made from a new laminated fabric with a thermal micro fleece lining and externally taped seams for improved water resistance.

Water-repellent

A men’s and women’s Pro top is made from a two-layer coated fabric with a durable water-repellent finish.

Gill has also designed new skiff and trapeze harnesses with quick release shoulder buckles. The skiff harness has a lightweight construction with a closed cell layer and abrasion protection on the seat.

The trapeze harness includes internal lower back support with lumbar cushioning and Kevlar abrasion protection seat as well as a wide spreader bar.
