DEMONSTRATIONS OF INFLATABLE ANTENNA

Marine antenna company, Shakespeare Marine, will demonstrate its inflatable emergency VHF antenna at boot Düsseldorf 2020.

The company will provide step-by-step guides and hands-on demonstrations on the stand of how the antenna works, including its inflation and splice connection.

The GALAXY-INFL8 is deployed via an embedded canister or manual tube and inflates to 1.6m to offer a 3dB functioning unit.

It is supplied with a splice connector, enabling fast and efficient connection to existing radio cables, to further improve the radio transmission range.

A manual valve allows the antenna to be reused.
