Westport's superyacht Boardwalk at anchor

Spotted off the Italian coastline last summer is the 49.7-metre Westport superyacht Boardwalk.

Commissioned by a serial Westport owner and delivered in 2010, Boardwalk is unlike any of her Westport 164 sister ships. Known for travelling with her helicopter on deck - one of a handful 50-metre superyachts with such capabilities - she comes customised with an American-style galley on the main deck and unique deck arrangement designed for entertaining. As with other Westport 164 models, the Pacific Northwest builder worked with Donald Starkey on the exterior design as well as interior spaces of Boardwalk. The full-GRP superyacht comes with an impressive cruising range of 5,200 nm at a speed of 12 knots and can reach 24 knots under maximum power.
