29m sailing yacht Alcanara on the market

The 29.1-metre sailing yacht Alcanara is now on the market and waiting for a new owner.

Built in 2009 by Australian shipyard S.E. Ward & Co., her naval architecture and exteriors are designed by the Hampshire based Dubois Naval Architects.

Yacht Alcanara, for sale now and ready for immediate cruising, offers everything guests need to kick back and relax onboard, including a spacious semi-covered lounge at the fore, and two tables surrounded by opposing U-shaped banks of seating.

In addition, this sailing yacht for sale also possesses a generous sun lounge and a transom that folds down to create a swim platform with a ladder for easy access to the water. Ideal for adventurous types, Alcanara comes equipped with a Bauer Junior II dive compressor with three sets of scuba diving gear, and a 445 Williams Jet tender that stows on the foredeck passage.

Her interiors, from the drawing boards of British studio Rhoades Young Design, feature a raised saloon with wide windows providing panoramic views of the sea alongside a formal dining area and a second saloon with a television lounge. The yacht for sale accommodates six guests in three staterooms: an owner’s suite with a marble bathroom, a twin cabin and a double, with guests hosted by a crew of four.

Yacht Alcanara, for sale, is a 108 GT vessel powered by a Scania DI9 6 Cylinder 318 hp engine, cruising with comfort at 11 knots and reaching a top speed of 12 knots.
