The 87 metre Lürssen superyacht Project Hawaii has begun sea trials.

The yacht left the yard for the first time this morning and is headed into the Baltic Sea to begin tests. It comes after the yacht hit the water for the first time on January 21 at the German yard.

While details remain sparse, it is known that Project Hawaii features exterior design by Bannenberg & Rowell, a 2950GT, steel hull and aluminium superstructure.

The yacht, which was first signed in 2017, is set to be delivered later this year.
