New flagship for Sanlorenzo: the SL120Asymmetric

As just announced, Sanlorenzo’s new flagship of their asymmetric line is the 36.92-metre SL120 Asymmetric.

Aiming for maximum space and livability, Sanlorenzo’s model is flexible to different owners’ layout preferences and focuses on the communication between the interior and exterior spaces. Bernardo Zuccon of the Zuccon International Project is responsible for the interior and exterior lines of the yacht.

For this model, Sanlorenzo’s asymmetric configuration has only been applied to the living area of the main deck, extending from the cockpit to the centre of the vessel with the side deck wrapping the main deck’s port side. The Italian designer’s aim was to enhance living spaces, and this choice expands the living area by 8 square metres to include ample dining space, a comfortable lounging area and an openable terrace.

Outside, a lounge at the bow covers two decks connected by a staircase and has direct access to the owner’s cabin. This 15-square-metre space is reconfigurable for a range of different uses and the foredeck is outfitted as a large sunbathing area. Above, the upper deck features outdoor dining options, a deckhouse and either a C-shaped sofa or a Jacuzzi. The yacht’s garage can transform into a beach club of 45 square metres thanks to folding terraces which offer guests easy access to the sea.

The SL120 Asymmetric will make its official debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival in 2021.
