Deep Trekker unveils new DTG2 submarine micro ROV

At the 2013 International WorkBoat show, Deep Trekker unveiled its newest product, the DTG2 submarine micro Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) to commercial marine market.

Deep Trekker gave live demonstrations and piloting opportunities to allow attendees to see the maneuverability and portability of the ROV.

The portability and ease of use make this ROV attractive to commercial marine and security professionals. With onboard batteries, the DTG2 is fully self-contained, with no need for external power, topside box, or other installations. Deploying in less than 30 seconds, the Deep Trekker DTG2 can easily be used at any job site and on any vessel.

Additional survey and offshore options are a TriTech Micron CHIRP Sonar, a sediment sampler, additional sensors and grabbers.
