BANNENBERG & ROWELL DESIGNS A 57.91M SUPERYACHT

A huge superyacht project by a famous London based design firm

When designers of the London-based company Bannenberg & Rowell decided to shake things up in the superyacht world, they jumped in feet first. Four decks, a huge interior and 57.91 meters of luxury, but the most striking thing is their innovative design.

Indeed, the design firm made some rather unconventional choices to say the least. The first striking element of this provocative design is the upper elevated bridge and the almost non-existant, sheer line. When seen from a distance, the boat seems imposing and heavy… So heavy that it even looks like it’s bending forward. One would think the amount of energy to move this small mountain would have to be huge. Yet, fuel efficiency and maneuverabilitywere both overarching aspects of the design. The superyacht will boast an 11.03 m beam, a draught of 3.20 m and a gross tonnage of about 1232.

Space was another major consideration in the conception of this beauty. Outside as well as inside. The exterior includes a 213 m² sundeck and a 4-meter-long, glass-bottom pool! But the interior is just as impressive. Capable of welcoming 12 guests along with 15 crew members, the boat is composed of 1 VIP suite and 5 luxurious guest staterooms. But the icing on the cake is the panoramic penthouse suite that provides an amazing view and a balcony.

This dream should take about 3 years to be built, and some of the most prestigious shipyards are already on the starting blocks to make it come true. Among them Heesen, Feadship and Abeking & Rasmussen!
