F. Wayne McLeskey Jr. Memorial Powerboating for a Cure Poker Run coming July 10-11.

On July 10-11 the 7th annual F. Wayne McLeskey Jr. Memorial Powerboating for a Cure Poker Run will take place in Norfolk, Virginia, with Waterside Marina serving as the event headquarters. The Mid-Atlantic Powerboat Association will stage the event, and all proceeds go to the Susan G. Komen Foundation for a Cure.

The festivities kick off with registration at the Sheraton Waterside in Norfolk on Friday evening with a bikini contest at 6 p.m. On-water events include a fun run on Friday at 10:30, and the poker run takes place Saturday. The festivities wrap up on Saturday evening with dinner and the awards party at the Sheraton. MAPA will provide a photographer to take shots of all the participants.
