THE TTR-SB SEAWOLF TAKES YOUR GOPRO ON AN UNDERWATER RIDE!

Capture images under the sea without even dipping your toes

Finding Nemo and (more importantly) taking pictures of him finally becomes child’s play! The motorized remote control submarine TTR-SB Seawolf offered by TTRobotix is a handy tool for underwater photographers and action seekers who don’t want to get wet. All you do is mount your GoPro Hero camera and let the only 7.7-kilogram ROV dive into the sea.

With a speed of 1.8 knots (3.3 km/h), it is capable of following the beautiful fish that it is supposed to film. It can operate in waters of up to 10 meters deep, and the bright orange submarine can either be controlled wirelessly, via radio signals, or with a 30 meter long tether cable.

In case you go for the wireless option, be aware of where you want to send the tiny sub: there are two versions, with different radio frequencies for fresh and salt water! The wireless set includes a mini surface boat for WiFi transmission and a 10-meter cable to connect the Seawolf to the small surface boat that functions as transmitter.

Additional equipment includes a pelican case (for safe transportation and housing accessories), the cable (15 or 30 meter length) and an eight inch LCD screen with LED backlight and a built-in 5.8GHz receiver. And now, good luck with finding Nemo – or whatever motives you prefer…
