Rapido Trimarans' founder shares some insights prior to the first Rapido 50 being shipped.
The widely anticipated Rapido 50 is about to leave the shipyard in Vietnam, bound for Europe.
Prior to shipping Hull #01, Rapido Trimarans’ Co Founder and builder, Paul Koch shared his thoughts.
In this first video, Paul provides some context by offering an insight into the inspiration behind the Rapido range of trimarans – and then speaks on the living area of the Rapido 50.
“Our perception was that the world needed a more roomy, cruisy, fast trimaran” said Paul. “In other words, it had to have some space in it so you could live in it, see the world, have good accommodation – but still have good performance…”
