Refit of handling trailer

This reconditioning operation enables to use again your handling devices in optimal conditions for many years.

Our intervention consist to:

Expertise, complete disassembly, replacement of oxidized metal parts, galvanizing or painting, reconditioning or replacement of hydraulic jacks, replacement of hydraulic lines, replacement of bearings and rings, re-machining if necessary, etc.

We can also bring on your equipment, both the structure and the electrical and hydraulic controls, the necessary changes allowing for use with your working method.

We can operate on all types of towed or self-propelled boat handling trailers.

Example:

Maximum load 10 ton hydraulic trailer built in 1999.

The main structure has been replaced because too oxidized, 1 cylinder has been changed, the rear wheels have been re-machined to accommodate new bearings. All parts of the trailer have been sandblasted and galvanized or painted. Setting up a new control device in the cab of the telescopic now allows one person to perform the handling.
