Schaeffertec experiences a terrific Techtextil 2015 with LOXX®

For Schaeffertec, the techtextil was the absolute highlight of the first half-year of 2015.

We were able to present new LOXX® utility models.

Customers were impressed by the new fastener solutions for specific market requirements.

Already during the METS 2014 Schaeffertec was able to stir up enthusiasm for the reissued “old babe”, the TBR-plate, the pipe clamp, and the small punching tool. Among this year’s innovations were:

The Victorian LOXX® with embossed ornaments on its head. The new copper and brass finishes of the smooth headed upper parts were a favorite among our lifestyle customers.

The small LOXX® key showed of its new curvy design and furthermore, is now compatible with the lower part for fabric.

Exactly this lower part presents itself with an ingenious enhancement: The toothed ring is now immobile, and therefore prevents the lower part from potentially opening itself in conjunction with the previously established washer. This is the logical enhancement in conformance with the upper part with its immobile teeth. This development was presented to the patent office.

Another brilliant development is our new lower part which can be sewed onto fabric. With its typical design and the LOXX® logo, you will always be able to identify the original!

We have learned from the past: all of our innovations are invariably branded and patented!

Regarding all of these novelties we are sure that the success of LOXX® - Made in Germany, will increase.

We can proudly say that all of our important and quality-conscious customers thoroughly approved and implemented the readjustment of the trade name to LOXX®, in 2014. Therefore, we can register a renunciation of the poor quality copies, considering that our order books are filling up quickly.

Christof Schmidt, managing partner of Schaeffertec explains: “In the end, it did not serve our competitors to copy our product without achieving our high quality norms, only to have to reduce their prices out of pure desperation. A lot of money was burned there. The lowest price won’t help, if a product exhibits weaknesses in its function. Customers have a keen sense of the need for quality, and therefore know that cutting expenses on the wrong end can lead to damages and as a consequence to higher expenses.”

LOXX® will go on pursuing its way to success in 2015. Our customers can look forward to new products. “The air is filled with anticipation. There is still room for improvement…” says Christof Schmidt.
