New SRP 9000 LSU for offshore application

SCHOTTEL underwater mountable azimuth thrusters take especially into account the tough conditions offshore and help reduce docking times. The robust and reliable drives allow easy and cost-efficient mounting and dismantling offshore.

The new unit of the SCHOTTEL LSU series offers an especially customer oriented design for offshore vessels and rigs of all kinds. It minimises any thruster interaction with an optional tilted propeller shaft. The hydrodynamically optimized structure of the thruster leads to a high bollard pull and free running efficiency. The SRP 9000 LSU is equipped with the SCHOTTEL Condition Monitoring System S-COM and its sealings are designed according to the SCHOTTEL Leakage Control System.
