This Safety Kit is kept at the stern of the yacht to have immediately a life-saving equipment on hand in case of a man-over-board manoeuvre. It comes with an orange horseshoe lifebuoy, a 30 m floatable safety line, a SOLAS approved signal light and a yellow bag (closed with Velcro tape), which can be fixed to the pushpit by means of 3 straps. The yellow bag protects buoy, line and signal light in order that this equipment remains fully operational in case of emergency.

The horseshoe buoy is made of closed cell foam. The orange outer shell, made of nylon fabric, can be easily removed for cleaning by an incorporated zipper. The horseshoe buoy has a circumferential line with a nylon snap hook. The flexible opening angle helps to adjust to all body sizes.

The signal light requires for operation 4 x 1.5 volt batteries (not included).
