Team members Paul Pringle and Dale Parker will be taking part in several endurance events over the summer to raise money for St Oswald’s Children’s Hospice in Gosforth, and for the Chris Lucas Trust (Great North Bike Ride)

GREAT NORTH RUN 2016

Paul will be taking part in the Great North Run which takes place in September 2016 (This will be Paul’s 5th GNR)

With 57,000 runners participating, the Great North Run is by far the largest half marathon in the world. Starting in Newcastle upon Tyne the 13.1 mile route takes runners through the city centre towards the River Tyne where thousands of people cross over the iconic Tyne Bridge and through to South Shields. The atmosphere on the day will be electric! Paul and Ali are aiming to complete the run in under 2 hours

KIELDER HALF MARATHON AND FULL MARATHON 2016

Paul and Dale will be taking part in the Kielder half and full marathon’s in September 2016

Set in the Northumberland Countryside, the events take place around the stunning Kielder water – which is one of the most beautiful parts of the United Kingdom. Its Paul’s first half marathon at Kielder and Dale’s first ever full marathon. It’s going to be epic!

GREAT NORTH BIKE RIDE 2016

Paul will be taking part in his second ‘Great North Bike Ride’ in 2016

The bike ride is from the Seahouses (Northumberland) to Tynemouth (Tyne & Wear), along the stunning Northumberland coast. The route is 60 miles in total, and Paul is aiming to complete the course in 3 hours.
